My Work

My work connects nature with the digital world.
It is organic, alive - it feels like it can rot.
The inspiring part about working in the digital field for me is the possibility to bring natural elements into a surreal world, playing with its essence. I mostly work with Houdini and Octane. For modelling I like to use Blender and 3DCoat.

Personal Pieces

In my personal work, I like to use my voice as a creative to bring attention to nature's diversity. It is a way to preserve it forever. I want to digitize botany to show its indispensability.
In order to do that, I made my own Photometric Stereo Scanner. Read more on this project in my portfolio gallery.

I love to experiment with abstraction. CG was about realism for the longest time. Since AI got unleashed into the world, I feel a strong shift towards abstraction.
